The Eagles went outside the organization to get Johnny Mundt and also re-signed Grant Calcaterra.

While both Calcaterra and Mundt are tight ends, they have very different skillsets. Calcaterra is known as a pass-catching tight end, while Mundt is known for his blocking ability. They are nice pieces to add to the tight end room but neither appear to be the likely answer as the Eagles’ TE1.
